Arden University has chosen the Turing Building at Stratford Cross, on the edge of the Olympic Park for its new London base – cementing the area’s position as a hub for business, education and innovation. Arden will occupy 94,000 sq. ft of this 350,000 sq. ft sustainable office building, designed by Arney Fender Katsalidis (AFK Studios).

Turing was the first building to be delivered as part of Lendlease’s joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) at Stratford Cross. Arden University’s arrival broadens Stratford Cross’ tenant mix, complementing its commercial offering and reinforcing its position as a destination that brings together business, education providers and cultural institutions. 

With dual consent for both office and educational use, the Turing Building provides exceptional flexibility for organisations such as Arden University that are looking to capitalise on Stratford Cross’ expanding cultural and educational infrastructure. The building also offers an Everyman Cinema, 120 capacity event space, terraces and an in-lobby coffee shop run by local independent baker, Signorelli.

Leading sustainability credentials include BREEAM Outstanding, an EPC A rating, ActiveScore Gold and WiredScore Platinum. The building is awaiting verification of WELL Gold status and is a NABERS Design for Performance Pioneer with a Design Reviewed Rating of 4 Stars. 

Alongside its sustainability credentials, the Turing Building also offers outstanding connectivity. Stratford is one of the best-connected locations in London, with the Elizabeth Line, Central and Jubilee lines, DLR, National Rail and high-speed services offering rapid links across the capital and beyond.
