BADU Board Club

Games like chess, draughts and backgammon can be intimidating if you don’t know where to start, so BADU Board Club is running sessions every other Tuesday from 4:45pm-6:15pm at BADU Café. The friendly team will help you learn the fundamentals and develop your skills while also offering a safe space where people can get together and chat over games. 

Sessions are open to anyone 11+ who has an interest in strategy-based board games, no matter your skill level. 

BADU Café is situated in Hackney Wick, near Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The café is run by the community initiative BADU who are committed to working with and for the local community. Keep an eye on their Instagram for more information about the arts, crafts, and social activities in the calendar.
