Join the Friday Night Lights social run for a high-energy 10k within the Olympic Park, followed by a DJ-led after party at Riverside East. Expect chip-timed racing, music-pumping pacers, and flat, fast routes.

Once you finish, there's yoga sessions, sports massages and physios on hand before you party into the evening with a free finishers beer (0% option available) and FNL Resident DJs spinning tunes until midnight.
