RunThrough 5km & 10km races

Take part in the RunThrough 5km & 10km races at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a series of friendly running events that take you past iconic 2012 Olympic and Paralympic venues including the London Stadium and ArcelorMittal Orbit.

Open to all abilities, the chip-timed courses are flat and fast, ideal for personal bests or a fun fitness challenge. Participants receive a themed medal, water stations and goodies at the finish, plus supportive marshals and a lively event atmosphere. Choose your distance and enjoy an energising run through one of London’s most inspiring parks.
